Reto Näscher is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of N&V Capital, where he leads early-stage investments in bold, forward-thinking European startups.

As an active venture capital investor, Reto brings deep operational and strategic expertise to the table—shaped by more than 20 years in financial services, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship. He has backed and supported startups across sectors such as Fintech, Digital Health and Medtech, and plays an active role in guiding founders through critical growth stages.

Before founding N&V Capital, Reto co-founded the Prosperity Company, a digital financial services group, and led it as CEO until its acquisition by Fidelidade, Portugal’s leading insurance provider. He remains closely involved with the group as Vice Chairman of Liechtenstein Life and a member of its Executive Board.

Reto also contributes to Liechtenstein’s innovation ecosystem through his investment committee role at Seed X Liechtenstein, as Vice Chairman of Liechtenstein Marketing, and as a lecturer at the University of Liechtenstein in the areas of startup financing and entrepreneurship.

His hands-on approach and long-term mindset define his work as an investor—focused on building enduring companies with real-world impact.

Yves Vögele brings his expertise from the world of law and investments. He acquired his legal foundation through his studies at the University of Lucerne and the University of St. Gallen with a focus on regulation, VC and PE law. His path led him to actively participate in several fintech companies as a regulatory and legal advisor. 

Caglar Bilgin has extensive experience in strategy, sustainability, and financial advisory. Previously, he served as Sustainability Manager at Cape Capital AG, a multi-family office based in Zurich, where he worked closely with clients, relationship managers, and investment teams to implement client related projects, investments, and regulatory requirements. More recently, he was Director of Strategy & Operations at RHEINEST, a next-generation investment management company, overseeing high-impact initiatives and investments.

Caglar enhances our team’s ability to manage complex projects, optimize investment flows and strengthen our foundation for future growth. He holds an MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Fabian Marxer has over 13 years of experience in finance and administration. Since 2012, he has been serving as the Managing Director of Axalo Buchhaltung AG, where he oversees accounting and financial management for clients in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

With his extensive background in bookkeeping and administrative processes, Fabian brings a wealth of expertise in financial operations and organizational management to the team. His deep understanding of finance ensures efficient and effective support for the company's internal operations.

Simone Übele-Näscher has more than 15 years of experience in Management Consulting and M&A. She gained experience in corporate analysis and transactions at PwC and through her work in corporate development/ M&A at a global pharmaceutical company in Zurich. She has advised on numerous (national and international) acquisitions across various sectors. Her extensive experience includes all matters of deal execution: Due diligence, company valuations, deal structuring and negotiation. She also supports on business planning, analysis of strategic options and post-merger integration. She serves as a Board member at Odne AG (Lumendo), a dental start-up.
