Reto Näscher
Managing Partner

Blending entrepreneurship and venture capital expertise, Reto Näscher is at the helm of N & V Capital. A co-founder of the prosperity company, he served as its CEO until its strategic acquisition by Fidelidade, Portugal's top insurance provider. He continues to shape its future as a Board member. Beyond that, Reto sits on the board of Liechtenstein Marketing, mentors fintech startups, and teaches startup finance at the University of Liechtenstein. With over 15 years in the finance sector, including roles at PwC and DOCOMO Digital Payment Services AG, he is committed to fostering innovation and success through his FinTech investments.

Yves Vögele
Partner

Yves Vögele brings his expertise from the world of law and investments. He acquired his legal foundation through his studies at the University of Lucerne and the University of St. Gallen with a focus on regulation, VC and PE law. His path led him to actively participate in several fintech companies as a regulatory and legal advisor. 

Simone Übele Näscher
Advisor

Simone Übele-Näscher has more than 15 years of experience in Management Consulting and M&A. She gained experience in corporate analysis and transactions at PwC and through her work in corporate development/ M&A at a global pharmaceutical company in Zurich. She has advised on numerous (national and international) acquisitions across various sectors. Her extensive experience includes all matters of deal execution: Due diligence, company valuations, deal structuring and negotiation. She also supports on business planning, analysis of strategic options and post-merger integration. She serves as a Board member at Odne AG (Lumendo), a dental start-up.

Raphael Näscher
General Counsel

Raphael Näscher, LL.M., serves as General Counsel at N & V Capital. In addition to his role here, he is a partner at a leading law firm in Liechtenstein and a key member of the executive management team at one of the country's oldest Trust companies. Since 2016, Raphael has chaired the Board of Directors of AHV-IV-FAK, a significant role that adds to his diversified portfolio of foundation and board mandates.
